James Meyers, D.O.

I chose family medicine as it allows me to help a wide variety of patients, from newborns to seniors. I enjoy caring for patients in clinic, hospital, and skilled nursing settings, and find real satisfaction in helping people navigate their health concerns and being there for them when they need support.

Dr. James Meyers is a board-certified family medicine physician with a special interest in geriatric care and sports medicine. He provides compassionate, comprehensive care across the full spectrum of family medicine, from routine checkups and acute care to hospital and skilled nursing support.

Dr. Meyers is often recognized for his attentive listening, clear explanations, and calming presence. These qualities allow him build strong, trusting relationships, helping each patient feel understood, empowered, and confident in their healthcare journey.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Meyers volunteers as the team doctor for Bonita High School and enjoys the beach, snorkeling, traveling, concerts, and playing soccer.
