Occupational Medicine

Occupational-MedicineAt PVHC, we are proud to deliver specialized treatment and disability management for injured workers through our occupational medicine program at our Claremont and Chino Hills Crossroads locations. We understand that employers have the responsibility of providing high-quality healthcare for their employees in a cost-effective manner. As a result, work-related injuries must be treated with the utmost care and efficiency.

Our physicians and staff are trained professionals that treat the injured employee with the care and concern that they would expect from their own family doctor. Employers are contacted directly by the attending physician with the patients’ status the same day as treatment.

Our program is designed to help reduce employers’ overall healthcare costs and provide the quality services employees deserve. In addition to treating illness and injury, our occupational medicine program also features:

  • Pre-placement physical exams
  • Fitness for duty physical exams
  • Physical therapy (available at PVHC Chino Hills and Claremont)
  • DOT exams
  • Drug & alcohol screening
  • NIDA screening
  • Evidential breath testing
  • Educational workshops and seminars
